Bray is now the eighth largest town in Ireland and is located in Northeast Wicklow, just south of Dublin. Tourism has always been the main industry of Bray and is the longest established seaside town in the country. Education and the Arts have always been associated with Bray, with some of the most famous Irish literary figures of the Nineteenth Century at one time making Bray their home, such as James Joyce and Oscar Wilde. Bray is also the home to Ireland’s film making industry, Ardmore Studios.
